At ProGlow Electrics, we deliver premium electrical, lighting, automation, and security solutions for some of Melbourne’s most respected boutique builders. With strong systems, loyal builder relationships, and a growing pipeline of custom new home builds, we’re looking for a switched-on, proactive senior A-Grade to take the lead on-site and set the bar for quality.

What you’ll be doing

· Leading electrical installations on high-end new home builds across Melbourne’s South-East, Bayside & Metro areas.

· Supervising and mentoring apprentices and junior trades on site

· Conducting quality checks and ensuring neat, defect-free work every time

· Coordinating with our scheduler and builder supervisors to keep jobs running smoothly

· Working across rough-ins, fit-offs, and final handovers with pride and ownership

We’re looking for someone who...

· Is an experienced, licensed A-Grade with strong new homes experience

· Has a high attention to detail and holds themselves to elite standards

· Feels confident teaching others and running a site

· Can juggle multiple tasks without letting quality slip

· Wants to be valued as a key team member, not just another sparkie

Bonus if you’ve had experience with home automation, security, or lighting control systems like Control4 – but not essential.

· $45–$50/hr + super + work vehicle + overtime

· Full-time role based from Burwood
