We’re a small, all-women electrical business based in Northcote, and we’re looking for someone special to join our crew. Not just another tradie. A teammate. A vibe-bringer. Someone who gets excited about tidy switchboards, good coffee, and being part of something real. 🤩

⚡ WHO WE ARE:

We’re a team of three female A-Grade sparkies who genuinely love what we do. Our work is mainly domestic—small renos, general lighting and power installs, maintenance, fault finding—you get it. Most of it’s in Melbourne’s inner north (with the occasional outer ‘burbs adventure).

We’re super proud of the work we deliver, but just as proud of the warm, inclusive, fun-loving culture we’ve created. We’re a no-ego zone, we back each other, and we love a tidy van. 🙌

⚡ WHO YOU ARE:

You’re experienced, kind, and have solid residential electrical knowledge. You’ve got initiative, take pride in your work, and know how to hold your own on-site or on a team.

We’d love to meet someone who:

Has solid experience in residential/domestic electrical work

Can work solo with confidence but loves being part of a team

Keeps their van tidy and well-stocked (we love an organised setup!)

Takes pride in a job done properly, with attention to detail

Is a “glass-half-full” kind of person—optimistic, calm, adaptable

Communicates clearly and respectfully with clients

Is open-minded, kind, warm, and easy to get along with

Is excited about being part of a female-led, queer-friendly workplace 🌈

Lives locally to Northcote or nearby

Enjoys connecting with the team—whether it’s a quarterly bonding day, a casual hangout, or just solid chats on the job
