The Role

Lead Group Healthcare are seeking a Facility Manager for a beautiful Residential Aged Care Facility located in the Macedon Region, north of Melbourne.

Situated in an easily commutable location from North Melbourne, this is a highly supported environment that includes experienced Clinical Leaders to assist you in your role.

The successful candidate will have strong operational and stakeholder management skills with excellent business acumen and the ability to lead a team effectively and provide oversight to the facilities daily running and ongoing success, creating an environment where staff love to work and residents love to live!

Role Requirements
