We are looking for an experienced and driven Transport Supervisor to take charge of our night shift operation. In this critical role, you will confidently lead and manage a dedicated team of truck drivers and loaders, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows throughout the night.

With a focus on safety, compliance, and productivity, you will oversee the coordination of schedules, monitor performance, and troubleshoot any challenges to maintain seamless transport operations.

The Role:

Permanent Role

Annualised Salary + 5 weeks of Annual Leave

Hours are

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

22:00pm starts - 07:00am finish each shift

Selection Criteria:

Proven record of effective and confident People Management skills, essential.

Proven record in Transport Operational Supervisory roles within Retail/Food Delivery (major supermarket chains), highly desirable.

Sound analytical and computer skills, especially Excel, essential for daily reporting.

Customer Service skills, essential.

HC or MC driver's license class, A MUST!

Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and Work Health Safety (WHS) legislation.

Knowledge of HACCP and NSW Food Safety.

Experience with fatigue management or hold a current "Administer a fatigue risk management system - TLIF0006" qualification.

Responsibilities:

Strong focus on Safety and Compliance

Strong focus on accuracy of reporting

Managing a team of staff on performance, KPI's and attendance.

Ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

Movement of fleet within the yard.

Ongoing communication and reporting to Senior Management on daily operations.

Required from you:

RMS report issued within the last 3 months

National Police Check issued within the last 3 months
