About the Role:

We’re seeking a qualified Maintenance Electrician Supervisor to join the team on the night shift. You’ll be responsible for preventative and breakdown maintenance across a wide range of production and packaging machinery in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Shift Details:

• Afternoon/Night Shift – 2:00pm start
• 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week (4 on, 4 off roster)
• Some weekend work or OT may be required

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment including: multi-head weighers, formers, tray packers, fryers, ovens, spiral freezers, labellers, and more
• Fault-finding and repairing electrical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and general factory electrical works
• Support the production team and ensure minimal downtime
• Maintain compliance with HACCP and GMP standards
• Accurate record-keeping and report writing

What We’re Looking For:

• Current NSW Electrical Contractor’s Licence
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the food or manufacturing industry
• Proven experience with PLC fault finding and controls
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Must not keep birds, pigs, or chickens at your residence (biosecurity requirement)
