We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Certificate III Educator to join our professional and supportive early childhood education team at our community based, not for profit centre.

About the Role:

As a Certificate III Educator, you will work collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals to support the delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate programs for children aged 0–5 years. You will assist in maintaining a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment that fosters children's growth, curiosity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in planning and implementing educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

· Support the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children

· Build respectful and trusting relationships with children, families, and team members

· Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all

· Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the assessment of children's learning and development

Requirements:

· Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

· Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

· Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications

· Understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)

· Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

· A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous improvement
