Following our purchase of the Thirsty Crow Brewery in Wagga Wagga, we are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, driven and experienced venue manager to join our team and take the reins of the iconic Thirsty Crow Brewery in Wagga Wagga.

If you’ve got a background in hospitality management, a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, and the ambition to lead a team at one of the region’s favourite spots, we want to hear from you!

Your Role:

• Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience

• Manage the day to day operations of the venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests

• Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests; providing top-tier customer service and exceptional hospitality to patrons

• Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.

• Manage stock levels, product quality, and inventory to keep the drinks flowing and the energy high.

• Plan and execute exciting events that will have people talking long after they leave.

• Bring marketing initiatives to life and host regular team meetings to drive success.

• Manage staff rosters, monitor performance, and find ways to optimise profits.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to excel.
