Shamrock Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager to lead major and complex insurance projects across NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to major loss, commercial insurance claims and act as the first point of contact on site
• Coordinate make safe works and scope development with subcontractors and consultants
• Liaise with insured, insurers, brokers, and loss adjusters to maintain clear communication and momentum
• Lead early project planning, scoping and commercial negotiation
• Remain involved post handover as the key client liaison throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to business development initiatives and represent the company at industry events

What We’re Looking For:
• Confident, energetic and personable with no ego
• Ability to read a room, solve problems and build trust quickly
• Trade or tertiary qualification preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel across NSW at short notice when required
• Previous experience in insurance construction with commercial exposure preferred
