Due to continued growth within the business, we are seeking a Service Co-Ordinator / Administrator with customer service experience who will bring value to our business and customers.
You will be responsible for:
• Raise jobs and purchase orders for contracting / service jobs
• Generate customer invoices and warranty jobs
• Monitor Timesheet submissions for technicians
• Liaise with internal and external customers via phone and email
• Schedule and coordinate trade personnel in response to customer requirements
• Efficiently and professionally deploy phone calls to technicians ensuring the call response time requirements are met
• Ensure a high call closure rate within agreed time frames
• Ensure the scheduling of technicians is coordinated to reduce the total travel time and non-productive time
• Ensure that maintenance work is completed within the set site specific deadlines
• Provide an integral link in the delivery of maintenance services to customers
• Escalate any concerns or issues in regards to processes, deployment of technicians and client responses to the Manager in a timely manner
