Our client, an independent Government entity focused on disabilities is seeking a Senior Project Co-Ordinator.

About the role - Senior Project Co-Ordinator

Consulting on complex programs – Lead consultative engagements across assigned workstreams (e.g. workshop facilitation) with senior leaders. End to end experience in discovery, design and delivery of projects. Produce high quality reports/documents across a range of formats.

Duties

• Support cross-functional workstreams (Transformation, Business Analysis, Procurement, or Financials) based on your experience and strengths.
• Lead or co-facilitate stakeholder workshops, mapping requirements, surfacing risks, and building shared understanding.
• Translate strategic direction into fit-for-purpose plans and delivery actions, coordinating dependencies across teams.

Skills / Experience

• 8+ years across complex programs with a broad experience spanning at least two of - transformation, business analysis, procurement and financials.
• University Degree in a relevant discipline e.g. Information Technology, Information Systems, Finance, Commerce, Economics.
• Relevant industry qualifications e.g. Project/Program Management, BABOK/IIPM, COBIT, TOGAF, ITIL.
