Westbourne Grammar School is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Head Coach - Soccer.

This is a fixed-term position for six months, with the potential for extension, offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic school sporting culture.

The Head Coach will be responsible for coaching both the Year 7 Team and the Senior 1st Team, working closely with the Director of Sport to oversee the broader soccer program. The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching and managing a comprehensive school or club-based soccer program, along with a passion for mentoring young athletes and promoting teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

The successful applicant will be required to be available at the following times: Monday afternoons from 3.30pm to 5.30pm, Tuesday and Wednesday from approximately 1.00pm to 5.30pm, and Thursday from 3.30pm to 5.30pm. In addition to on-field coaching, this role involves collaboration with the Sport Department to ensure the program runs effectively and continues to develop.

Applicants must hold relevant coaching accreditations and either possess or be willing to obtain Level 1 First Aid qualifications and Anaphylaxis training. Training can be provided by the School at subsidised rates if needed. A valid Employment Working with Children Check is essential, and the successful candidate will be expected to comply with Westbourne Grammar School's Child Safe Policy and Code of Conduct.
