St John Ambulance Australia (NT) Inc. (St John NT) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Support and Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and operational delivery, supporting a broad range of projects and initiatives that improve patient care, operational efficiency, and clinical governance.
About the Role
Reporting to the Ambulance Data Analytics and Systems Lead, you will:
Support the planning and coordination of digital and system-based projects.
Assist with data handling, reporting, and administration tasks across platforms.
Provide basic system support, user access coordination, and help resolve system issues.
Maintain accurate documentation, project logs, and stakeholder communications.
Contribute to data visualisation and analytics activities using tools like Tableau and MSSQL.
Help streamline user experience across multiple digital systems and projects.

What we’re Looking For
Qualifications in project management, information systems, analytics, or a related discipline—or equivalent experience.
Experience in project or systems support roles, ideally in healthcare, emergency services, or public sector environments.
Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project and data tools.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across diverse teams and departments.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
