What We’re Looking For:

• Sales, customer service, or trade experience (or eagerness to learn!)
• A passion for providing top-notch customer service
• Ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs
• Interest or experience with tools/power tools
• Energy, motivation, and a team-first mentality
• Basic computer skills

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

• Helping customers with sales transactions in-store and over the phone
• Sharing product knowledge, including features and services
• Letting customers know about special offers and promotions
• Helping solve customer questions and resolving any issues
• Maintaining clean and well-presented displays
• Working one weekend shift per week (on an 11-day roster)
