You Might Have Experience In:

• Retail or trade sales
• Customer service (in-store or over the phone)

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Serving retail and trade customers face-to-face and over the phone
• Processing sales transactions and managing customer queries
• Promoting current deals, bundles, and exclusive offers
• Keeping the store well-presented and well-stocked
• Taking part in regular product and sales training

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Sales, retail, or trade background preferred
• A genuine interest in tools and power equipment
• Strong communication skills and customer-first attitude
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
