They are looking for an Operations Manager that likes to drive change, that identify opportunities, automate workflows, and gets results.
Working directly with the Managing Director to implement strategic workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality output with local and offshore team
• Assist the team with clarity, accountability, and structure
• Drive the integration of automation and AI tools to streamline admin and compliance and efficiency
• Create solutions at the root cause and redesign processes to prevent recurrence
• Oversee compliance and internal controls across client files and service delivery
• Work closely with the Managing Director on strategic projects, reporting, and scaling plans
• Working closely with the Brokers to ensure milestones are met on time and that the finance team have what they need
• Ensure staff accreditation is up to date and arrange training
• Manage leads through website and build operational funnels and workflows
• Communicating effectively with external parties ensure the smoothness of deals
• Culture Champion - Create momentum, celebrate wins, and keep energy high — because culture drives performance.
• Pipeline Driver – Drive lodgements, oversee escalations, unblock bottlenecks, and make sure no deal is left behind

About You:

• Have experience in operations (finance or broking preferred)
• Bring a strong leadership style — calm, structured, and clear
• Have experience embedding automation and tech into business workflows
• Are proactive, grounded, and unflappable — even when things move fast
• Understand that what breaks downstream usually started upstream
• Are strategic in thinking, but grounded in action — you don’t just plan, you execute
• Are outcomes-focused
