Opal Nails Karrinyup is seeking a dedicated Salon Manager to lead our vibrant and busy salon in Karrinyup, Western Australia. This is a full-time role offering the opportunity to oversee daily operations, support a talented team, and ensure an outstanding client experience.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and support salon staff

Oversee scheduling, inventory, and reporting

Maintain high standards of customer service

Drive growth, efficiency, and profitability

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Proven salon management or leadership experience in beauty services (lashes, massage, nails)

Diploma in Beauty Therapy (Australia recognised)

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Strong skills in Microsoft Word & Excel

IELTS 6.0 or above (if applicable)
