What You'll Lead

• A team comprised of three direct reports and nine staff indirectly
• Safe, efficient, and reliable operations of power generation assets
• Strategic planning and execution of asset management initiatives
• Contractor and stakeholder engagement across internal and external networks
• Emergency response readiness and operational resilience

What You'll Bring
Leadership First:

• A proven track record of leading high-performing teams in complex environments
• Strong people management skills-hiring, coaching, and developing talent
• Ability to foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement

Technical & Strategic Acumen:

• Experience in power generation or heavy industry operations
• Strong grasp of maintenance planning, fuel efficiency, and lifecycle cost optimisation
• Knowledge of diesel/gas, power & solar
• Contract/vendor management and budget oversight
