Tuesday to Friday: 5 PM - 10 PM

Saturday to Sunday: 12 PM - 10 PM

Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in food preparation and service.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive team environment and providing ongoing development opportunities.

Customer Service: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, addressing customer feedback, and resolving issues promptly.

Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, manage inventory, and ensure profitability through effective cost control and sales strategies.
