One Agency Coolum are seeking experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Agents to join our professional team on a contracted basis, working for our excellent Coolum Beach location.

Duties & responsibilities:

Prospect for clients through various methods including cold calls

Network through professional and local community events

Market property and build a personal profile

Meet and greet clients, handling prospective buyer enquiries

Conduct open homes and inspections, preparing signage displays and invitations

Prepare appraisals, presentations, and listing appointments

Manage property listing sales from start to the finish and post-sale

Experience & attributes:

Minimum of 12 months experience in Real Estate Sales

Full QLD Real Estate licence

Current driver’s license

A self-managed approach to work and achieving targets

Interstate agents who meet the requirements will be considered

Keen time management skills

Great communication, relationship building, and interpersonal abilities

Effective collaboration skills with colleagues, leaders, and clients

Passion for the Real Estate industry and a desire to build a career
