We are expanding our dynamic property sales team and seeking high-performing professionals who can drive sales, build and manage referral networks, and work closely with channel partners to deliver exceptional project results.

About the Role:

As a key part of our sales force, your responsibilities will include:

Selling off-the-plan apartments, townhouses, and house & land packages

Managing and growing relationships with channel partners, investment groups, and referral marketers

Identifying and developing new business opportunities across both owner-occupier and investor markets

Conducting project briefings, presentations, and inspections with Channel Partners & Referral Networks

Meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market

Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth contract processes and client satisfaction
