We are seeking a senior commercial leader to step into the pivotal role of Head of Growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for spearheading our client's revenue growth and leading the charge to elevate their year-on-year growth.
You will drive growth through strategic account development, consultative solution selling, and deepening relationships with their existing enterprise clients. You will lead a dedicated team, including Account Managers and a Pricing & Solutions Specialist, fostering a culture of accountability, urgency, and customer-centricity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Account Management and Solutions teams to drive performance.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding within existing accounts through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and solution enhancement.
- Ensure the consistent execution of a structured, consultative sales process to maintain deal momentum.
- Directly engage with key enterprise clients in sectors such as Energy, Infrastructure, Telco, and Field Services.
- Oversee solution design and pricing strategies in partnership with the Solutions Specialist to ensure commercial viability.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Marketing Manager on go-to-market strategies and campaign execution.
- Partner with operations, onboarding, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery and accurate forecasting.
- Represent the growth function at an executive level, providing strategic insights and forecasts to the CEO and leadership team.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will be a performance-driven leader with a strategic mindset and a strong discipline for execution. You are comfortable using data to inform decisions and have a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Key Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
- Over 10 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or commercial leadership roles.
- Experience in the logistics, SaaS, or supply chain sectors is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and pipeline analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic Sales, Sales Management, or Solution Selling certifications are desirable.
