Corporate Account Manager

About the Role

As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients. You will have a good portfolio of clients, valued at $350,000 to $400,000, and will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow a high-value portfolio of clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in account management or broking
- Proven experience working with corporate clients
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field
- Construction experience would be beneficial but not a neccessity

Other Requirements

- Ability to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to travel occasionally (if required)
