The Opportunity...
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to take ownership of a high-value portfolio of strata insurance clients. This is an exciting opportunity to lead client relationships, manage complex risk needs, and be part of a collaborative and respected team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strata insurance clients across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties
  
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact
  
  
• Provide expert advice on risk management and policy coverage
  
  
• Liaise with underwriters and insurers to negotiate competitive terms
  
  
• Ensure all documentation, renewals, and claims are handled accurately and efficiently
  
  
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture
  
  

About You

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, with a strong focus on strata insurance
  
  
• Tier 1 qualification in insurance broking (essential)
  
  
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  
  
• Proven ability to manage complex client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  
  
• A proactive and professional approach to client service
