We’re on the lookout for a motivated and hands-on Site Foreman or Leading Hand to join our team on working on high-end residential and commercial builds across Sydney.

The successful applicant must have proven experience working on architecturally designed or high-end homes, in addition have commercial experience with a keen eye for detail and strong site coordination skills.

This is a contract position with work projected to continue through the end of 2026. Depending on performance and company needs, there’s strong potential for a permanent role after project completion, as we have several upcoming projects in the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities to keep the project on schedule.

· Lead and support subcontractors and trades to maintain quality and productivity.

· Monitor site progress and report back to the Director with updates and any issues.

· Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with WHS standards.

· Manage materials, resources, and deliveries efficiently.

· Problem-solve on site, resolve conflicts, and contribute to a positive site culture.

What We’re Looking For:

· 2+ years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leading hand role.

· Must have a strong understanding of building processes, materials, and high-end complicated finishes.

· Confident in reading and interpreting plans, scopes, and specifications.

· Great communication and leadership skills.

· Ability to troubleshoot on-site and adapt to challenges calmly and professionally.

· Basic computer skills; experience with site/project management software is a plus.
