The Brown Cow in Hampton is after a full-time nighttime duty manager to join our team.

Our Bayside located venue (100m from the Hampton train station) has proudly established itself as a go to destination in the area. Open all day for breakfast, lunch & dinner the venue has created a place where people feel confident and comfortable to come in for a drink or a bite to eat, whatever time of the day.

Providing exceptional service and a food and beverage offering to match, we are looking to continue our success with the appointment of another Duty Manager to join our team; ideally for an immediate start but can be flexible for the right candidate.

About the role:

We are seeking a hands on, lead by example, energetic individual to join our team and ready to take on a new challenge. You will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards already in place while being equally excited to grow with the business and changes coming. As part of our management team you will be responsible for organising the day to day service of the venue, the upskill and continuous training of staff as well as sharing operational responsibilities.

Skills and experience required:

Min 2-3 Years experience in a high volume, fast paced venue. The ability to confidently coordinate the day to day restaurant operations with daily changes from section waitressing, canape functions, sit down formal dinners & whole venue hire out parties. Be able to work efficiently and priorities tasks under pressure behind a bar as well as on the floor whilst also providing a positive guest experience.
