The Rising Sun trades seven days and nights a week. Good corporate food trade during the week, with a very strong locals evening patronage.

The newly refurbished restaurant and bar are always buzzing, so looking for a candidate with strong hands on food and beverage service background.

We are looking for passionate hospitality professional who want's to build a long-term career within the Rising Sun team.

The successful applicants will have -

• Strong experience in food service / running the floor
• Management experience on the floor and in the bar
• Able to lead a team
• Confident in Open and Lock-up procedures
• Stock and POS back of house experience
• Function experience
• Demonstrate experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a similar hospitality venue
• Professional and friendly manner with customers and co-workers
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Understand the pub culture and expectations of customer service
• Able and willing to work a flexible roster including nights, weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
• Current RSA certificate
