As a Customer Care Coordinator you will provide support and guidance to customers through inbound and outbound communication channels, via email, phone and SMS.

The Role:
- Deliver exceptional support and guidance to customers via phone, email, and other channels
- Respond promptly and efficiently to all customer enquiries
- Provide proactive solutions and expert advice to enhance customer satisfaction
- Accurately log enquiries, transactions, and process sales orders using CRM systems (SAP & Zendesk) in line with KPIs
- Manage transactions end-to-end, ensuring timely and precise revenue recognition
- Coordinate with the warehouse to meet shipping deadlines and customer expectations
- Follow up diligently on all outstanding invoices
- Manage daily release of backorders within SAP
- Foster strong collaboration across operational departments
- Maintain accurate records in line with Quality SOP standards
- Ensure all activities comply with OHS policies
The Ideal Candidate:
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of supply chain and order management systems (SAP preferred)
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy, with experience in SAP and Zendesk highly regarded
