Our call centre and customer experience teams are vital to that mission — and we're now looking for a key new team member to join us in our Brisbane metro office.
About the Role
As a Customer Engagement & Scheduling Specialist, you’ll be part of our Confirmation Team, responsible for ensuring all booked appointments are confirmed, prepared, and supported. You’ll speak with warm customers who have already booked a solar consultation and help make their experience as smooth and valuable as possible.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, based in Brisbane.
What You’ll Do:
Confirm upcoming solar appointments via phone (no cold calling!)
Follow a proven call script with great energy and genuine tone
Answer initial customer questions and explain next steps
Rebook or adjust appointments as needed based on customer needs
Manage inbox communications (email and SMS) related to bookings
Upload utility bills and ensure documentation is ready for solar assessments
Update CRM records and maintain accurate scheduling for our solar team
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in administration, scheduling, or customer service (call centre preferred)
Confident, clear, and personable communicator over the phone
Tech-comfortable with CRMs and customer management tools
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Team player with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
Passionate about customer experience and continuous improvement
