We’re seeking an experienced 3PL Lead Coordinator to join our team! In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee and manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring seamless warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and KPI performance to drive business success. This position is initially offered on a six-month contract basis, with a view to becoming a permanent, ongoing role.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate activities with 3PL providers to ensure operational efficiency.

Manage inventory processes, including Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI), while maintaining accurate stock levels.

Administer transport bookings through EDI software and oversee inbound/outbound delivery schedules.

Ensure all warehouse documents are filed promptly and chronologically for easy access.

Maintain strong relationships with 3PL providers and internal teams to achieve delivery KPIs (e.g., 98.7% DIFOT).

Troubleshoot system-related issues and provide feedback to the Warehouse Manager.

Control and drive the customer returns process to ensure accurate stock flow through the system.

Conduct rate reviews and negotiations with 3PL suppliers to secure cost-effective terms.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legislative requirements across all operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 3–5 years of warehousing administration experience with strong knowledge of SAP.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and inventory management systems.

Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Knowledge: Understanding of chain of responsibility, legislative requirements, and health & safety compliance.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a multi-skilled environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

Attention to Detail: Strong data entry skills to maintain accurate records and reports.
