The opportunity

As a Support Worker - Female Position at LG Services and supports', you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the Ballarat VIC 3350 area. This is a casual position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.

Key responsibilities

Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Assisting with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry

Accompanying and supporting clients in community-based activities and appointments

Monitoring and reporting on clients' well-being and any changes in their condition

Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety standards

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records

Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions

What we're looking for

Previous experience in aged or disability support, or a related field

A genuine passion for providing compassionate and person-centred care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of our clients

Current First Aid and CPR certifications

Reliable workers

A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
