Role and Responsibilities

As a Civils Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful delivery of civil works, including:

Supervision of detailed earthworks, FRP (formwork, reinforcement, placement), and remediation activities

Managing site crews and subcontractors on industrial and infrastructure projects

Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards

Coordinating with engineers, project managers, and clients

Managing and reporting on damage rectification and on-site activity

Maintaining a high level of attention to detail across all tasks

Skills and Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a civil supervisory or foreman role

Proven experience in FRP, remediation, and detailed earthworks

Background in industrial or infrastructure project delivery

Construction White Card (mandatory); relevant plant or high-risk tickets desirable

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Australian working rights (sponsorship is not available for this role)
