The Role:
With projects spanning the Perth metropolitan area, this is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and driven Electrical Civil Supervisor to take ownership of large scale electrical and civil works across subdivision and infrastructure projects. In this hands on leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing day to day site operations, coordinating plant and labour, managing subcontractors, and ensuring all electrical civil works are delivered safely, to specification, and in line with project timelines.

You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and utility providers to plan works, solve site challenges, and maintain strong communication across the team and with key stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of electrical installation requirements within civil environments, who leads by example, and takes pride in delivering safe, compliant, and high quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all onsite electrical civil works, including trenching, conduit installation, pit and pipe systems, and cable hauling for subdivisions and infrastructure projects
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of site personnel, subcontractors, and plant operators to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with project managers, engineers, utility providers, and other key stakeholders
• Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a positive and productive team culture

About You/Experience

• Proven experience as a Supervisor leading teams on electrical civil projects, ideally within subdivisions or infrastructure works (Minimum 2 years)
• Solid understanding of electrical civil construction methods, including trenching, conduit installation, cable laying, and utility coordination
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with site teams, engineers and service authorities
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, electrical plans and specifications
• Competent in site documentation, record keeping and basic computer use
• Strong understanding of Western Power requirements and specifications and inductions. (Highly desired).
