The Role:
We are seeking an positive, enthusiastic and experienced Senior Property Manager to lead the property management team, with WFH option. The portfolio is approximately 150 properties You will be providing exceptional services to landlords and tenants. This role includes full support from leasing and management team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. With state of the art offices and high level upper management team. This network doesn't just talk about good culture like its 2017, they actually implement it.

Key Responsibilities:

Take charge of diverse portfolio of 150 properties across multiple vibrant offices

Building meaningful and real relationships with landlords and tenants

Be the go-to expert on compliance and ensuring everything runs smoothly

Lead by example - mentor and support junior team members

Handle everything from lease renewals and inspections to arrears and maintenance. No two days are the same.

Collaborate seamlessly with multi-office network to deliver top-tier service

What You Need:

Minimum 2 years experience in PM

A current real estate licence or accreditation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Great knowledge on relevant legislation and common practices

Great team player but can also work independently
