• Iconic 4 star hotel in the heart of Bunbury's CBD

We are currently seeking to appoint a Maintenance Person to undertake various repairs as well as preventative maintenance in guest rooms and other Hotel areas such function spaces and exterior. This position is available to commence now and will suit a candidate who enjoys undertaking a variety of duties such as hotel maintenance, plastering/painting are carpentry.

Skills & Experience

• building trade is a must/plasterer and painter.
• Maintenance and Grounds experience.
• Understanding of safety, statutory and brand standards compliance.
• Current drivers license.
• Effective maintenance planning, scheduling and execution.
• Pool operations qualifications desirable.
• Great people and relationship building skills.
• Availability to assist with on-call duties and work across a 7 day roster (weekends and Public Holidays).

The successful applicant will be a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Person ready to face a variety of challenges. No two days will be the same and work hours are negotiable. Ideally you will be available for fulltime hours however this can be flexed for the perfect candidate.
