About the role

Join the team at Vista Electrical Controls' as an Electrical Apprentice | Solar TA Roofer based in Perth, WA. This is a full-time opportunity for an aspiring electrician to gain hands-on experience and complete your electrical apprenticeship. You'll be working on a variety of solar and electrical projects, learning from experienced tradespeople and contributing to the company's success.

What you'll be doing

Assisting qualified electricians with the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems, with a focus on solar power systems

Learning how to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics

Gaining experience in testing, troubleshooting and problem-solving electrical issues

Completing your electrical apprenticeship through a combination of on-the-job training and formal TAFE studies

Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe work environment

What we're looking for

A keen interest in electrical work and renewable energy technologies

The ability to work effectively as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

A commitment to safety and a willingness to learn

A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transport

Forklift license
