Join a progressive electrical contractor leading the way across Perth’s residential and commercial markets. With ongoing projects North and South of the river, we’re expanding our team and looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to step into a key leadership role.

About the Role

You’ll lead a team of electricians on diverse sites across Perth – from small commercial to multi-unit residential. You’ll manage jobs end-to-end, coordinate with project managers and builders, and ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and to spec.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise electrical installations, testing, maintenance, and commissioning

Oversee switchboard, metering & control system integration

Run toolbox talks, SWMS, risk assessments & pre-starts

Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specs

Manage schedules, labour, materials, and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with AS/NZS standards and codes

Liaise with PMs, clients, builders, and the office

Identify and resolve non-compliance or safety issues

Lead, mentor, and support a team of sparkies and apprentices

Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and reports

Assist with audits, client handovers, and project reporting

What We’re Looking For:

WA A-Grade Electrical Licence

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Leading Hand or Site Supervisor

Proven ability to manage jobs, people, and timelines

Strong understanding of Australian standards and compliance

Clear communicator who can lead from the front

Valid driver’s licence
