About the Role

Are you a results-driven sales professional with deep experience in the power transmission industry? Do you have a strong technical understanding of Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) and a passion for delivering tailored solutions to industrial customers?

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll drive strategic growth across key sectors, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and delivering high-value VSD solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy focused on VSDs and related power transmission technologies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in industrial, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.

Provide technical sales support, including site visits, product presentations, and application advice.

Identify emerging market trends and new business opportunities.

Collaborate with engineering, product, and service teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Achieve and exceed sales targets, margins, and KPIs.

About You

Proven experience in business development or technical sales within the power transmission, electrical engineering, or industrial automation sectors.

Strong knowledge of Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) and motor control systems.

Technically adept, with the ability to understand and discuss engineering concepts and client requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Self-starter with a track record of achieving sales goals.

Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (preferred).
