The Role:
As Executive Assistant/Business Manager, you will be the critical backbone of a top-tier real estate operation. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing high-level administrative support, coordinating complex schedules, managing key client relationships, and assisting with business operations to ensure seamless transaction flows. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, contributing directly to continued success in a luxury market.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the director’s calendar, appointments, and backend complience

Coordinating client meetings, property inspections, and VIP events

Preparing reports, presentations, and marketing materials

Overseeing transaction coordination and compliance

Assisting with business development initiatives and strategic planning for the team

Liaising with internal teams, vendors, and clients with professionalism and discretion

Essential Skills & Experience:

Prior experience in real estate

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Discretion, professionalism, and a polished demeanor

Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and marketing platforms

Must have COR or Class 2 Real Estate licence
