Membership Consultant – World Gym Busselton

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for health and fitness? World Gym Busselton is on the hunt for a Membership Consultant to drive membership growth, engage with our community, and help people achieve their fitness goals. Permanent part time/full time position.

About the Role

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind our membership growth—actively seeking new members, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring World Gym Busselton is the go-to fitness destination. You’ll play a key role in representing our brand, values, and culture while achieving both individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

New Membership Sales – Manage and grow our club’s member base

Lead Generation – Use creative and varied techniques to drive a steady stream of potential members

Community Engagement – Actively promote World Gym to local businesses & the broader community

Sales Presentations & Gym Tours – Highlight our world-class facilities and tailor solutions to prospective members’ needs

Lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunity

Member Experience – Create positive, personalised journeys for every new and existing member

CRM Management – Track leads, appointments, and daily sales activity

KPI Achievement – Work with the team to exceed sales targets and performance goals

Customer Service Excellence – Engage with members via phone, email, and social media to handle inquiries and enhance their experience

Brand Awareness & Social Media – Help grow our presence through community events and engaging content within our facilities!

What You Need to Succeed:

✔ 2+ years of proven sales experience (fitness industry preferred but not mandatory)
✔ Financially motivated with a drive to hit and exceed sales targets
✔ Experience working in a KPI-driven, high-energy sales environment
✔ A natural ability to connect with people & build strong relationships
✔ Resilience, problem-solving skills, and a ‘can-do’ attitude
✔ Outstanding communication skills—able to listen, understand, empathise & influence
✔ Passion for fitness and a strong alignment with the World Gym brand
✔ Professionalism, reliability, and a proactive approach to work
✔ Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems & social media platforms
