CARER (NIGHT SHIFT) | 11pm – 6am & 10pm – 7am Shifts

Location: Busselton & Dunsborough facilities.

About The Role:
Capecare is currently looking for Nightshift Carers to join our Residential team in Busselton and Dunsborough.

As a Night shift Carer, you will not only provide quality care and assist our clients with evening and morning activities but also have the opportunity to grow personally and professionally. We seek individuals with a genuine passion for the aged care industry committed to providing exceptional care to our clients.

Important to Note:
The Night Shift Roster is Monday to Sunday: 10pm – 6am or 11pm – 7am shifts ONLY.

To be selected for this position, you will need to commit to a minimum of 3-4 Night Shifts per week. As mentioned this a Night Shift role ONLY, therefore unfortunately there will be no option to transfer shifts to AM or Afternoon Shifts once you are in the role.

Our hourly rates start from $32 to $33 plus, 10-15% penalties plus access to our fantastic salary packaging up to $15,800 Tax Free.

To be successful, you will need:

Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support

Demonstrated experience working a night shift roster is essential

Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality care

Availability to work NIGHT SHIFTS ONLY, unfortunately you will not be able to change to a day shift roster upon joining. This role is purely Night Shift Only!
