We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Receiving Team Leader to take charge of our Receiving operations in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment. You’ll step into a well-run system developed by our outgoing Team Leader and help us maintain high accuracy, strong team performance, and exceptional customer service standards.

Compensation Package & Benefits:

Salary: $52,000 - $54,000

Team Leader Responsibilities and Duties:

Lead daily Receiving operations: monitor inbound schedules, unloads, and putaways.

Provide team leadership, training, daily task coordination and direction.

Maintain accurate stock records using our WMS.

Track and review team performance.

Identify and resolve operational issues that may hinder productivity.

Ensure compliance with WHS procedures, clean workspace standards, and manual handling safety
