Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for safety, performance, and team success? A well-established 3PL Distribution Centre in Truganina is seeking an experienced High Reach Team Leader to lead and develop a high-performing team on the day shift.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the Processing Reach team, ensuring effective task prioritisation

Lead daily operations by delegating tasks, setting deadlines, and supporting team problem-solving

Monitor team performance and report on key metrics and daily KPIs

Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety protocols

Maintain visual control boards and escalate operational issues as needed

Investigate stock discrepancies and manage inventory-related system tasks

Train, assess, and mentor new and existing team members

Foster open communication and a positive team culture

Utilise systems such as Microsoft Office, WMS, SAP, and internal portals

Support inventory tasks and perform other relevant duties within warehouse operations

What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment

High Reach forklift experience (Crown equipment highly preferred)

Strong understanding of OHS standards and risk management

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels

Proficient in WMS, SAP, Microsoft Office, and warehouse systems

A results-driven, proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement
