Development Co-ordinator – Architect
Are you a skilled architectural designer with a strong eye for detail and a passion for turning concepts into reality?

About the role:

As the Development Co-ordinator, you’ll be responsible for designing, drafting and managing architectural documentation, while supporting the broader team with project coordination, administration, and stakeholder communication. This full-time role is based south of the river.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop architectural concepts and prepare documentation for development applications
• Create detailed building license documentation in line with codes and standards
• Present design proposals, models and visualisations to stakeholders
• Keep drawings and plans up to date throughout construction and fit-out phases
• Assist with quoting, subcontractor coordination, council applications and cost tracking
• Maintain documentation libraries and ensure accurate document control
• Support general administrative tasks and contribute to team success
• Liaise with architects, engineers, project managers, property managers, builders and councils

What You’ll Bring

• A Bachelor of Architecture or Diploma of Building Design
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit, and ideally experience with 3D rendering
• Strong understanding of the National Construction Codes and relevant Australian Standards
• Excellent time management, organisation and attention to detail
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
• A sound understanding of construction and property management
• A current WA driver’s license
