Gymnastics Coordinator & Reception Lead

Jungle Gym is seeking a dynamic, organised, and enthusiastic full-time team member to join our vibrant children's gymnastics and activity centre. This role is perfect for someone who can confidently lead recreational gymnastics classes and oversee front-of-house operations with a positive and professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver fun, structured recreational gymnastics classes for a variety of age groups

Design developmentally appropriate gymnastics circuits

Organise weekly rosters and supervise casual staff

Manage reception duties including bookings, phone and email enquiries, and general customer service

Support birthday parties, casual play sessions, and general centre operations

Essential Skills & Experience:

A genuine love for working with children and helping them develop physically and socially

Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills

Strong understanding of gymnastics biomechanics at a recreational level – you must be able to confidently break down and teach skills (elite-level tumbling such as full twisting double backs is not required)

Comfortable working across both weekdays and weekends

Previous experience in gymnastics coaching or a similar role is highly desirable

Required Certifications:

Current Working With Children Check (WA)

First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain before starting)
