Contribute to our team of 12 heavy body builders as a Workshop Coordinator in this newly created position. Reporting to our Trailer Repairs Manager, this permanent full time opportunity's tasks and responsibilities include:

Briefing and overseeing team members on all allocated Trailer Repair or New Build jobs, to ensure that work is being completed as quoted to the customer

Liaising with our customers on a daily basis to accommodate for any repairs and maintenance

Providing procedures and regular training to staff when required

Providing regular and consistent feedback to team members on progress of jobs and quality of work

Ensure the jobcards from each division where necessary are presented to admin for invoicing

Using problem solving abilities to solve any additional repairs or issues that arise

Experience and Qualifications:

Experience in Fabrication and Heavy Vehicle Body Building will be highly regarded

Experience leading a team and overseeing jobs to completion

Strong communication to ensure that clear instructions are delivered to the teams in regards to repair requirements and regulatory compliance
