The Role

This role focuses on transforming complex data into actionable insights, delivering reports and dashboards to support strategic decisions, compliance, and performance tracking across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse data from cloud and transactional systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other tools.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to meet reporting requirements.
• Ensure data security and compliance with privacy laws and organisational policies.
• Participate in data quality assurance and governance activities.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver timely insights to support business objectives.
• Document data processes and reporting frameworks to promote transparency and consistency.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate profile will have the following experience:

• Strong experience in data analysis, preferably using cloud data warehouses and transactional systems.
• Proficient in Power BI for developing interactive dashboards and visual reports.
• Solid understanding of data governance, quality assurance, and compliance (including privacy laws).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, both internal teams and external regulators.
• Skilled in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Azure data services, SQL, and additional BI tools like SSRS or Tableau is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience working within healthcare or government sectors, especially related to GP training or health data, is a plus.
