HR Reporting Analyst - Reputed Bank - Immediate Start

3 months Day Rate contract
Location - open to Sydney only

Hybrid work arrangement - 3 days in the office

The Role

This role is to fill a Pat Leave cover for 3-4 months - you will be responsible for producing comprehensive people reporting and analytics, and delivering to key stakeholders using appropriate visualisation and presentation techniques to provide intuitive and actionable insights.

This role manages the creation of new and integration with existing HR data sources, to support HR in meaningful and sustainable data driven decisions and will work closely with the Analytics Leads, Head of People Services and other HR business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Data discovery and manipulation, working and transforming HR data to improve usability and maximise the insights.
• Develop and deliver a HR dashboard, standardised reporting, and ad hoc reporting for the HR, leadership and Board.
• Working and transforming employee data to improve usability and efficiency by transitioning from Excel/PowerPoint to Power BI as the primary reporting tool.
• Deliver management reporting, analysis, insights, and recommendations as input to facilitate highly informed business decision making.
• Periodical reporting including but not limited to Attrition, Office Attendance, WGEA, Gender Pay Gap, Gender Representation, Ad-hoc Employee Surveys, Talent, Remuneration data, Conditions and benefits utilisation.
• Develop and deliver analytical insights and conclusions to support strategic decision making.

Must Haves

• 4-5 years experience in HR Reporting / Dashboard experience a big plus!
• Proficiency in Excel (Advanced level), Power BI (good to have) - dashboard creation and manipulations of data sets.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritisation & deadline focused.
• Strong problem-solving both with data/systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong active listening skills.
• Ability to communicate and engage well with stakeholders at all levels in a highly professional manner and be able to present technical solutions in a business context.
