THE ROLE
This 6 month contract (with potential to roll on to a second 6 month contract) is responsible for establishing APRA reporting for a non-bank lender that has doubled its FUM in just over a year.

YOUR SKILLSET
We are looking for a CA/ CPA (1-3+ years post qualified), with extensive & proven APRA EFS development and onboarding, as you will need to have experience in interpreting APRA reporting requirements in order to establish reporting framework. Specifically you will have experience spanning:

• Involved in APRA EFS development and onboarding i.e.
• Risk identification and process and controls documentation
• Identifying business assumptions
• Identifying data points (Critical Data Elements) and data sourcing
• Technically strong in APRA standards and AASB
• Involved in building and setting up APRA returns (highly regarded)
• Resilience to solve problems in a broad sense across the business and achieve outcomes
• Communication skills and strong stakeholder relationships
• Financial modelling experience including ECL model buildout experience highly regarded for potential future project work that will extend beyond the original 6 months

Non-bank lending experience is highly desired - bonus points if you've ever had to set up APRA reporting previously!

Day rate $550-700 per day including super, depending on experience.

6 month contract with view to extend (potential second project in 2026 involving advanced modelling).
