The Role

  • Manage subcontractor and head contract variations
  • Administer subcontractor claims
  • Compile monthly commercial reports
  • Managing contract finalisation tasks such as defect management, manual creation, and variation tracking.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Ensure compliance across contracts and project documentation
  • Support continuous improvement in contract systems/administration

The Criteria

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building, or related field
  • 3+ years’ commercial experience, ideally in contract admin
  • Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
  • Attention to detail with contract interpretation skills
  • Australian permanent residency required
