What You’ll Do

Draft, negotiate and award sub-contracts for commercial new-build and education projects under AS 4000 / AS 4902.

Prepare cost reports, progress claims, variations and cash-flow forecasts using Jobpac, Cheops, Procore and MS Project.

Administer head contracts, mitigate risk and safeguard margins in line with contract law, NCC and Australian Standards.

Collaborate daily with site, design and client teams to keep program, quality and budget on track.

Drive continuous improvement advance our AI dashboards and digital-twin workflows.

Senior CAs run their own project portfolios and coach juniors. Junior CAs rotate through disciplines with structured mentorship.

What You’ll Bring

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or similar.

Proven Contract Administration experience on commercial new-build projects education, health, civic or office builds preferred.

Solid grasp of contract law, AS 4000, AS 4902, NCC/BCA and best-practice cost control.

Sharp financial acumen, persuasive negotiation skills and a solutions-first mindset.

Passion for AI, digital construction and pushing the industry forward.
